Refund Policy

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable. If the client proceeds with MOAF services, the consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of the selected service package.

Concierge Service Fees

Fees for concierge services are refundable only as outlined in the individual service agreement.

Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers are subject to the provider’s own refund and cancellation policies. MOAF is not responsible for third-party refunds.

Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the services already delivered.
