MOAF acts solely as a concierge and coordinator. All medical decisions, treatments, and outcomes remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare providers and the client. MOAF does not supervise, direct, or control medical professionals.
All third-party services (including but not limited to hospitals, physicians, midwives, doulas, photographers, accommodations, transportation providers, childcare providers, and wellness professionals) are independent contractors. MOAF facilitates introductions and coordination but does not assume liability for their actions, omissions, performance, or outcomes.
MOAF is licensed to provide immigration services and provides immigration-related guidance, administrative support, and application assistance where applicable. Final decisions regarding visas, entry, length of stay, or admissibility are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities. MOAF does not guarantee visa approval, entry into any country, or processing timelines.
MOAF does not guarantee citizenship or nationality outcomes for newborns or clients. Any information provided regarding citizenship is general in nature and subject to the laws of the country of birth and/or parents’ nationality at the time of birth.
Hospitals, clinics, and medical providers operate independently of MOAF. Any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from medical care must be addressed directly with the provider. MOAF is not responsible for medical malpractice, complications, or adverse outcomes.
