MOAF Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage concierge services as agreed
• Vet and recommend third-party service providers where applicable
• Facilitate scheduling, logistics, and communication
• Provide transparent invoicing and documentation for concierge services
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make informed decisions regarding medical care
• Secure appropriate insurance coverage
• Pay all agreed fees and third-party costs on time
• Comply with immigration, healthcare, and local laws
• Understand that MOAF does not control medical outcomes
